Spa coffee morning – health awareness talk – keeping abreast and youthful

SPA in collaberation with Medi-Connect and Raffles Hospital planned a special event on Healthcare for Women. High Commissioner and The First Lady graciously hosted the event at their residence.

Dr Felicia Tan, specialist from Raffles hospital gave presentation on Breast Cancer, risks and treatments available.
Dr Tan Kian Teo Specialist in Dermatology gave a presentation on Keeping Skin Youthful and Rejuvanated.

The whole event was informative, very well received by the women in the community, young and old. Women who had gone through various cancer treatments shared their experiences with the audience.

Goody Bags by the hospital were given to all the 80 ladies that attended the event.

Simply adnan at marina bay sands

SPA was a supporting partner with De-Ideaz organising event “Simply Adnan” at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Adnan Sami is a British Born singer, musician, pianist, actor and composer of pakistani origin. His style merges Asian and western music styles and instrumentation from classical to jazz to modern pop rock.

The fans went wild with the performance given by Adnan. The event was sold out and a huge success.

Spa eid dinner @ holiday inn atrium, singapore

Spa organised an exclusive Eid dinner for its members at the famous Holiday Inn , Atrium. The guests were treated to a the red carpet treatment, a cocktail reception, a variety of performances by local and international artists, bangra and rap acts. Lots of prizes for the winners of the Nellam Ghar Quiz.

The children of course were not excluded and the committee organised entertainment in the form of magic performances, candy floss, aswell as sweets and games. It did not end there and to conclude the live BBQ and chaat stalls were an absolute treat for the guests. It was a fun night had by all.

Chaand raat at fort canning park

This year SPA organised a family Chaand Raat at Fort Canning Park.
There were gifts given to the children, live entertainment in the form of a DJ and games for the elders. A mouth watering buffet and desserts served to all guests with mehndi stalls to cater to the essence of Chaand Raat.

The Night was a true reflection of traditional delights experienced at home away from home for the Ex-pat community and local singaporeans alike.
