Squash is enjoying a mini resurgence of interest in Singapore. The combined efforts from worldwide squash enthusiasts to generate a buzz around getting squash voted in as an Olympic sport in 2020 has had a spin-off effect, raising the profile of the game.
Most of the social clubs have squash programs which are open to players of many levels. There are regular ‘social’ hours of play as well as league tournaments that are played in a spirit of friendly competition. For more details, you can call each individual club to ask them about their squash program.
If social clubs are not your style, SPA Squash is your way to connect to the world of squash in Singapore.
The Singapore Squash Rackets Association’s (SSRA) website gives information about its membership, Management Committee, calendar of events, tournaments, Newsletter Archives. It also gives tips on coaching, clubs to join and public facilities for squash.
